I’m Matt Johnson, a therapist and clarity coach with more than 25 years of combined experience in pastoral care, counseling, and personal development. My work is grounded in a calm, steady presence and a deep respect for the courage it takes to show up honestly in therapy or coaching.
I support adults, teens, and couples who are navigating ADHD, anxiety, emotional regulation challenges, relationship strain, spiritual hurt, or seasons of life that feel heavy or confusing. My approach is warm, collaborative, and paced gently. Together we slow down, look clearly at your patterns and story, and build tools that bring steadiness, clarity, and connection back into your life.
I draw from evidence-based therapeutic approaches, emotionally attuned conversation, and a whole-person perspective. I am comfortable integrating spiritual or faith-related themes when they are meaningful to you, and equally comfortable working with clients of any or no faith background. My goal is always the same: to create a space where you feel heard, understood, and supported as you grow.
In addition to providing therapy for clients located in California, I offer clarity coaching nationwide. Coaching is a future-focused, practical space designed to help you gain direction, strengthen habits, and move toward a more grounded and meaningful life.
